    At Workouts Official, we aim to deliver high-quality coaching, training, and nutrition guidance.
     Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    You may be eligible for a refund if:
    You request cancellation within 7 days of program start.
    You have not received a customized workout or nutrition plan.
    No coaching sessions or consultations have been completed.
    Refunds are processed after review and approval by our support team.

    3. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
    After personalized workout or nutrition plans have been delivered after coaching calls, assessments, or program onboarding is completed.
    If results are not achieved due to lack of adherence for partially used program periods.
    For promotional, discounted, or bundled plans due to personal schedule conflicts or change of mind.

    4. Program Transfers

    You may request to pause or transfer your program to another time period, subject to approval.
    Transfers are provided as a goodwill gesture and are not guaranteed.

    5. Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    Transaction or gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.
